Private Yoga sessions are designed to serve you & your needs. This 55 minute session can be a slow-paced-introductory level class, a more upbeat vinyasa-style flow, or can be geared toward deep stretching & flexibility. Either way, you’ll learn (or enforce) some fundamentals, foundational poses, & alignment principles. We’ll focus on setting intentions, while learning to be present. This class type is energetic and poses will encourage stability, strength, & flexibility. Meditation included. Virtual or in person. No more than 10 people. For larger groups, see event yoga.

Stretch

 

Making the inflexible, flexible. The session you didn’t know you needed! Stretch sessions are perfect for increasing flexibility, as well as giving the entire body a deep stretch. Focusing on hips & hamstrings, a light assisted stretching technique is used. Stretch sessions are great for dancers, cheerleaders, fitness enthusiasts, athletes or anyone in need of a deep stretch. In person only.
